This policy explains when you can get your money back for each thing Go2Calls sells. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country, or under the policy of the app store you bought through.
| What you bought | Refundable? |
|---|---|
| Travel eSIM, not yet installed | Yes — cancel in the app for a full refund |
| Travel eSIM, installed on a device | No — see below |
| Phone number — current term | No, but you can stop future renewals |
| Calling credit already used | No |
| Calling credit, unused | Contact us within 14 days |
An eSIM can be refunded for as long as it has not been installed on a device. You can cancel it yourself in the app: open eSIM → tap the three dots on the plan → Cancel eSIM. The full amount is returned to your calling credit straight away.
Once an eSIM has been installed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is not a policy choice of ours — the moment it is installed, our network supplier has issued the data to your device and will not take it back. The app will not offer the cancel option for an installed eSIM.
If an eSIM fails to work because of a fault on our side or the supplier's, and we cannot fix it, we will refund it even if it was installed. Contact us and we will investigate.
Numbers are sold as a subscription for a fixed term — monthly, or prepaid for 6 or 12 months. Amounts already paid for the current term are not refundable, because the number is reserved for you and cannot be re-let while your term runs.
You can release a number at any time from the app. That stops all future billing immediately and you will not be charged again. If you release a number part-way through a prepaid term the remaining months are not refunded.
Calling credit is prepaid and is spent on calls and messages at the rates shown in the app. Credit that has already been spent is not refundable.
Unused credit is refundable on request within 14 days of purchase, minus any credit already spent. Email us and we will return it to your original payment method.
If you paid through Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store handles the payment and its refund rules apply. We cannot issue a refund directly for a purchase they processed — you need to request it through the store:
We are happy to help you put your case to them, and we will confirm the facts of your purchase if the store asks.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something that never worked, contact us. We will put it right regardless of the rules above — those cases are our error, not your risk.
Email hello@go2calls.com with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the order or receipt. We reply to refund requests within 5 working days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
We may update this policy. The rules that applied when you bought something are the ones that cover that purchase.
