Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Dongkar account and associated data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

Open Dongkar → Settings → Delete account, confirm with your password, and your account and data are deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone).
• Your phone numbers (released back to the carrier), call history, and message threads.
• Your prepaid balance and billing records held in the app.
• Your device/push tokens.

Active subscriptions are cancelled and numbers are released so you are no longer billed. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax records held by our payment processors). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, submit your account email below and we'll delete your account and data. We'll process requests within 30 days.
