Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Dongkar app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Dongkar provides second phone numbers that let you make and receive calls and text messages through the app. Number availability, features, and regulatory requirements vary by country.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Subscriptions and billing

• Each number is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or as a prepaid term (for example 6 or 12 months) at the price shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled.
• Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are billed by that store and subject to its terms; manage or cancel them in your store account.
• Calls and messages are charged from prepaid credit at the rates shown in the app.

Cancellations and refunds

You can release a number at any time from the app, which stops future billing for that number. Amounts already paid for the current term are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app store's policy. Prepaid calling credit is non-refundable once purchased.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or anything that violates telecom regulations (including SMS/robocall rules). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Emergency calling (e.g. 911) may not be supported — do not rely on Dongkar for emergency calls.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dongkar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
